PSMSL Updates Backend Database Structure
PSMSL has updated the database structure used to store all of the tide gauge data. This new structure will allow us to offer increased services in the future, such as interactive site selection and download.
As part of this change, we will no longer distribute the psmsl.dat and rlrann.dat files. Too many portions of the format have changed to allow for minor revisions to these files. (The last update to these files exists as an archive.) However, one can still download all the data via zip files. Please see the Complete PSMSL Data Set page for more information.
