Arrecife 2 is on the island of Lanzarote in the Canaries. It is a new station first data
2008 and forms part of the newly established REDMAR network. Gauge is a MIROS radar sensor
initially some hardware problems (de-lamination) were experieced these have been taken into
account in the supplied data.Benchmark NG A.B. is 4.330m relative to the REDMAR datum and
2.617m relative to IGN. See paper by B. Perez et al 'Overlapping sea level time series measured
using different technologies: an example from the REDMAR Spanish network'.

At the request of Puertos del Estado the latitude and longitude have been revised from 28.966667 -13.530000 derived from the previously supplied degrees and minutes value to 28.97188 -13.53006 which is the position of the new MIROS gauge in decimal degrees.
