In July 2018, PSMSL celebrated its 85th anniversary by hosting a workshop in Liverpool on the future of sea level research.
At the workshop, we examined the current state-of-knowledge of sea level research, and discussed the new observations and advances in technology that are required to enable our understanding of global and regional sea level rise and variability to be enhanced. The key recommendations are summarised in our conference statement
