David Pugh

We regret to inform you that David Pugh, a former Director of the PSMSL, one of the founders of the GLOSS programme, and a President of the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission passed away on 2 August. A summary of David's life and many accomplishments in sea level science has been posted on the NOC website.
