authority D9. Following receipt of 1977-97 data the RLR for Quinhon was revised and RLR(1997) is 10.8m below BM MHV 2 Gauge type: 1977-September 1993 = Russian type CYM and for October 1993 onwards = American type, Stevens A35 The gauge was relocated to another bank of the Quinhon Gulf in April 1993
