Manzanillo is now RLR. both the benchmark ICH-5 and TGZ are referred to the Geodesic National Datum (GND). ICH-5 is 1.576m above GND while TGZ is 1.42m below GND. Data is referred to TGZ and RLR factor is 4.004m

To reflect the fact that the monthly means supplied refer to TGZ and not GND the RLR diagram has been redrawn. As a result the RLRFAC has changed from 4.004m to 5.504m. RLR (2007) is now 8.5m below TGBM ICH-5.
