Almeria 2 is a new station and is part of the newly established REDMAR network.
Gauge is a MIROS radar sensor. Benchmark is MAREOG 3.990m relative to REDMAR datum
3.760m relative to IGN. Station made RLR. RLR year 2006 factor 6.710m.
Datum changed by 13.2cm Oct.2011. Supplied data has been adjusted whole dataset re-loaded.

At the request of Puertos del Estado the latitude and longitude have been revised from 36.830000 -2.478333 as derived from the previously supplied degrees and minutes value to 36.83002 -2.47835 the site of the new MIROS gauge in decimal degrees.
